The Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management (OHSEM) is a four-year undergraduate degree that covers the identification, assessment, and control of various workplace hazards including physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial risks. Students learn to develop and implement programs that protect workers' health, safety, and well-being as well as environmental safety. The course is delivered in person at the Slipe Pen Road location and requires completion of 136 credits. It prepares professionals to manage occupational health, safety, and environmental challenges and equips them with relevant competencies for careers in the field.
5 CSEC/GCE O-Level passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and one other pass in an approved subject. An interview is required.
