In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales of our premier product lines at one of our largest retail partners.     • Showcase product knowledge and enthusiasm.
    • Provide outstanding service to customers.

  3. Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with store associates and management.
    • Regularly communicate and engage with stakeholders.
  4. Data Analysis:
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities.
    • Understand market competition.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Participate in training programs to enhance skills.
    • Deliver effective product training sessions.
  6. Store Maintenance:
    • Maintain store appearance and product positioning.
    • Maximize brand visibility through effective merchandising.


  1. Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail or field sales.
  2. Licensing and Screening:
    • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
    • Pass background and Motor Vehicle Report screenings.
  3. Availability and Physical Requirements:
    • Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.
    • Ability to lift and transport heavy tools.
  4. Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Salary and Incentives:
    • Non-exempt position with starting salary ranging from $22.59 to $25.00 per hour.
