V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking Director of Infrastructure Consulting in Louisville, Kentucky.
Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in business development, strategic planning and P&L management.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities :
- Strong understanding of public sector RFP processes and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a large team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Lead the division with a vision to expand service offerings and market reach.
- Identify and exploit new business opportunities in various markets to achieve revenue goals of $25 million+.
- Drive growth in both private and public sectors, especially through winning RFPs for government contracts.
Business Development & Account Management:
- Continuously serve and expand existing accounts by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.
Operational & Financial Management:
- Oversee the division’s P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Streamline processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage resource allocation and budgeting effectively.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead a diverse team of 30+ members, including Project Managers, Engineers, Technicians and their leads.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop team members for succession planning and career growth.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Uphold the highest quality of service delivery and client satisfaction.
