Bachelor of Business Administration Bba in Human Resource Management

The Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management focuses on managing key human resource functions within organizations. Students study current HRM issues, trends, practices, and processes, employee performance management, and problem-solving HR challenges. The program requires completion of 120 credit hours including general education, BBA core courses, major courses, electives, an internship, and a capstone project. Students gain skills for the Kuwaiti workplace and develop effective communication abilities. The program includes six major courses and additional electives. The minor in Human Resource Management is also available to complement other degrees.

Minimum of 30 credit hours of upper-level courses required with at least 24 credit hours in the major. 27 credit hours of upper-level courses must be taken in residence at AUK.
