Bachelor of Communication Honours Journalism

The Bachelor of Communication (Honours) Journalism at Universiti Industri Selangor aims to prepare journalists with professional ethics and social skills for employers in media, communication, diplomacy, public relations, and publicity. It focuses on a framework for understanding journalism on a social platform and teaches research, communication, and media-handling skills.

The programme trains students to analyse journalism issues and techniques from an academic and practical perspective. Students are also exposed to communication management and creative problem-solving strategies, with the goal of developing effective media specialist skills for the world of information, locally or globally.

Passed Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) or equivalent with minimum C Grade (NGMP 00) in any TWO subjects and credit in English in SPM or its equivalent: OR
