The Bachelor of Elementary Education at Our Lady of Fatima University is a four-year program that provides academic and professional education and specialization courses for future elementary school teachers. Students study general education courses, professional education, and specialization courses, with training designed around classroom practice, diverse teaching strategies, and student and community welfare.
The program uses a hybrid format and includes extensive field study and practice teaching experiences. It also includes exposure to a classroom setting. Students learn through an Educational Technology Laboratory that uses media technologies to support teaching and learning. The program is offered across Valenzuela City, Quezon City, and Antipolo City campuses.
Graduates pursue roles such as Elementary Teacher, Private Tutor, Principal/Assistant Principal, College Instructor/Professor, Teaching Consultant, Academic Book Writer, English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher, Head Teacher, Department Head of a Specific Major, and School Supervisor/Superintendent, including Careers in Educational Government Offices (CHED, DepEd, TESDA).
