Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with Entrepreneurial Culinary Arts and Nutrition

The Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with Entrepreneurial Culinary Arts and Nutrition at Our Lady of Fatima University is designed for students who want to explore how entrepreneurship can be incorporated into culinary, food science, and nutrition. The program strengthens theoretical studies with first-hand education using culinary and food and nutrition facilities.

Training is delivered in a hybrid format, and the program language is English. The curriculum supports multiple career paths listed for graduates, including nutrition and dietetics roles and positions connected to food service and hospitality. Students can also convert some units under the Australian Qualifications Framework to obtain another diploma in hospitality management.

College Freshmen Requirements:

• Original Grade 12 Senior High School Report Card (F-138)
• Original F137 (with request letter from OLFU)
• Original Certificate of Good Moral Character issued in the current year
• Two (2) identical copies of recent 2”x2” studio photo (white background)
• Clear photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate;
• For married female applicants, clear photocopy of Marriage Certificate
• Clear photocopy of Grade 12 Senior High School Diploma
• Scanned copies may be submitted online.

Transferee/ Second Courser Requirements:

• For evaluation of subjects that can be credited from your previous school, submit any one of the following documents: Scholastic Records; Certificate of Grades; Class Cards; Transcript of Records; Online Copy of Grades; Other Requirements
• Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials
• Transcript of Records (TOR) copy for OLFU
• Two (2) identical copies of recent 2”x2” studio photo (white background)
• Clear photocopy of PSA birth certificate
• For married female applicants, clear photocopy of Marriage Certificate
