Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy

The Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Santo Tomas is a four-year program that prepares client-centered health professionals. Students focus on engaging individuals and populations in occupation to support participation in culturally meaningful activities and tasks, and to address physical, developmental, social, or emotional problems.

The program culminates in a one-year internship program. Students work with clients of all ages to increase independence, enhance development, and/or prevent disability through therapeutically designed activities. Learning also uses laboratories for practical applications of learned concepts and skills.
