Master of Science in Hospitality Management Academic Track

The Master of Science in Hospitality Management (Academic Track) focuses on building knowledge and competence in managing hospitality operations. The areas include hotels, restaurants, cruise ships, amusement parks, convention centers, country clubs, and resorts and related industries. The program also prepares students for a teaching career in hospitality management.

Courses are delivered in a hybrid format. Learning uses online and distance options, and face-to-face learning may occur when health conditions permit. Teaching is supported by learning platforms, resources, and laboratories, delivered by faculty through a mix of learning modalities.

• Certificate of Good Moral Character by any of the following: School where bachelor’s degree was earned for those enrolling in the Master’s Program and school where MA was earned for those enrolling in the Doctor’s Program
