KAIST College of Business School Scholarships

KAIST College of Business selectively offers full or partial scholarships to outstanding international applicants. The scholarship is for candidates with excellent academic or professional credentials. The scholarship amount and the number of recipients vary each year, and scholarship conditions are set by the KAIST Scholarship Committee after reviewing the applicant’s merit.

The scholarship is available for KAIST MBA. For KAIST MBA, individuals with more than 2 years of work experience are preferred. Other scholarship programmes mentioned in the same context include Finance MBA and KAIST’s connection with the Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) Program and a Korean Government Scholarship Program.

Selection for KAIST College of Business scholarships is based on merit review by the KAIST Scholarship Committee. For KAIST MBA scholarship recipients, maintaining scholarship status requires earning a GPA above 3.3 on a 4.3 scale.

• Applicant must be an international applicant.

• KAIST MBA: Living stipend of 500,000 KRW per month (awarded to selected students).
• KAIST MBA maintenance: Scholarship status maintenance requires a GPA above 3.3 on a 4.3 scale.
• Finance MBA: Amount and number of recipients vary each year; it may include tuition with partial coverage.
• Korean Government Scholarship Program (Korean language + Master’s course context): Tuitions for the graduate programme and language training are full coverage.
• Korean Government Scholarship Program (Korean language + Master’s course context): Airfare, monthly allowance, settlement fee, and other items may be included.
• Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) Program: Applicants are able to apply through KAIST or through a Korean Embassy in their respective countries.
