Master S Degree Human Resources

Bircham International University offers a Master’s Degree in Human Resources via distance learning. The program explains human resources management concepts and processes as they apply to managing individual and work-group behavior in organizations, including leadership, motivation, and teamwork. It also covers human resources strategies, personnel selection, performance evaluation, reward systems, and employee development.

The Master’s Degree is delivered online through distance learning and includes specialized training. The program structure is 70% textbooks and 30% project. Students complete 36 academic credits in Human Resources Online and include research methodology and a final project or thesis as part of the program’s credit composition.
