Master S Degree Project Engineering Management

The Master’s Degree Project Engineering Management at Bircham International University focuses on the feasibility, design, and management of competing engineering projects. Students study break-even analysis, decisions under uncertainty, decision trees, stochastic models, risk vs. return, and forecasting, aiming to balance technical and human aspects of project management.
