The Bachelor in Life Sciences – Pharmatechnologie (Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences, Studienrichtung Pharmatechnologie) focuses on the development, production, and control of modern medicines. You study how modern medicines are developed, manufactured, and tested, with attention to innovation, quality, and regulation. You also build knowledge in chemistry, biology, physics, and mathematics with a focus on pharmaceutical applications.
The programme uses a classroom setting (Präsenz). You can study part-time alongside work or full-time. You work regularly in laboratory and technical training environments from the first semester in the Process Technology Center. The degree is 180 ECTS points and is delivered at FHNW Campus Muttenz, with an optional period abroad.
