Bachelor of Science Bsc

HWZ offers a part-time Bachelor of Science (BSc) with fields of study in Business Administration, Business Communications, Business Psychology, and Digital Business & AI. In the final year, students specialise in a major and build professional depth through that focus.

Study is designed so students can apply practical knowledge directly in their job. The chosen specialisation supports professional development and, together with the bachelor’s thesis, makes up a good third of the main study period.

• German language skills C1 are required for the bachelor’s degree programmes at the level of ‘Goethe Zertifikat C1’.
• For applicants whose native language is not German or who have completed their school education in whole or in part abroad in a non-German-speaking country, a corresponding certificate/diploma at the level of ‘Goethe Zertifikat C1’ or an equivalent qualification may be required for admission to a Bachelor’s programme taught in German.
• Students need a laptop or a mobile device with a camera.
• HWZ requires technical skills for IT-based modules, including the ability to use online conference systems (Teams, Zoom) and practical skills in common PC applications (especially Office applications).

English language skills B2. If you have a vocational or secondary school leaving certificate, this provides proof of your English language skills. If you have a different type of leaving certificate or other prior education, you must demonstrate English language skills at the B2 level in accordance with the European Reference Framework.
