Prince of Songkla University Thailand Graduate Scholarship

Prince of Songkla University Graduate School provides a scholarship grant process with an accompanying progress report for scholarship recipients. Applicants submit scholarship request details through the university system and then complete an application form or a research proposal form to support their request.

The process described includes application steps for scholarship consideration and an allocation decision handled by the PSU Graduate School, which informs the faculty where the student is enrolled. Recipients then follow up after scholarship allocation.

After an applicant saves the required details in the system, they download the application form or research proposal form, complete the required fields, and submit a PDF to their advisor. If the advisor agrees, the student uploads the PDF into the scholarship application system, and the system sends notifications to the staff and advisor.

Recipients must submit progress report materials using the progress report form for receiving the grant. The completed progress report is filled in, signed by the advisor, converted to a PDF, and submitted through the system with any added documents. The system sends an automatic email update on the consideration result, and if invalid, recipients correct and re-submit.

1. Fill out the scholarship details requested via the system within the due date of each.
2. After saving data in the system, download the application form or research proposal form to complete all required items.
3. After completing the details, print out or save the application form or research proposal form as a PDF file.
4. Submit the PDF file to the advisor for consideration.
5. If the advisor agrees, upload the PDF file into the scholarship application system.
6. After completing the upload, wait for the notification sent to the staff and the advisor.
7. After the PSU Graduate School considers scholarship allocation, review the allocation announcement and follow up afterwards.
