Bachelor of Nursing Science Direct

The Bachelor of Nursing Science (Direct) at Mountains of the Moon University is an undergraduate programme with programme code BNSD. Applicants must have passes at UCE, or its equivalent, and principal passes at UACE, or its equivalent, including Biology and Chemistry, plus a subsidiary pass in another subject. Alternative entry routes include a Higher Education Certificate in Biological Sciences, a Mature Age Examinations Certificate, or a Diploma in a clinical health related discipline.

The programme has a duration of 4 Years and is study time Fulltime. The intake is August. Tuition Fees per Semester are UGX 1,092,000.

At least five (5) passes at UCE, or its equivalent, and a minimum of two (2) principal passes at UACE or its equivalent in Biology and Chemistry, and a subsidiary pass in another subject.

• Or holder of Mature Age Examinations Certificate with at least 50%. The Certificate is valid for two years from date of attainment. Applicant should be at least 25 years’ age.
• Or a Diploma in a clinical health related discipline.
