Diploma in Accounting Blended Learning

The Cardiff and Vale College AAT Level 4 Diploma for Professional Accounting Technicians (HTQ) studies higher accounting tasks, including drafting financial statements, managing budgets, personal and business tax calculations, audit, and business skills. On successful completion, you are awarded the AAT Level 4 Diploma for Professional Accounting Technicians.

Cardiff and Vale College delivers the course in partnership with Mindful Education using an Online and On Campus model. Online study includes on-demand video lessons, practice questions, downloadable materials, and interactive case studies. You should expect to spend around 7-9 hours studying independently online each week, and you attend weekly Tuesday classes at 17:00 at City Centre Campus. Assessment uses computer-based exams for each unit.

Successful completion of AAT Level 3. There is an AAT membership fee of approximately £258 which is reduced to £115 for AAT bookkeeping members. This needs to be paid directly to AAT.
