Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree in Human Capital Management

The Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) degree in Human Capital Management at Bindura University of Science Education studies business, finance, economics, law, research, and human capital topics. Students take modules such as Financial Accounting, Business Administration, Quantitative Analysis for Business, Business Communication, Economics Principles, Corporate Finance, Industrial and Labor Relations, and Management.

The programme is organised into Part I, Part II, Part III, and Part IV. Part III includes Industrial Attachment and a Research Project. In Part IV, students complete modules including Management 1 and strategic and human resources-focused modules such as Human Resources Management, Compensation, and Organizational Behavior.

To qualify for normal entry into the Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) degree in Human Capital Management at Bindura University of Science Education, prospective students, in addition to satisfying the minimum conditions prescribed under the General Regulations, must

• Have obtained at least five ‘O’ Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics passed with a Grade C or better,
• Have obtained ‘A’ level passes in at least two of the following subjects: Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Studies and Management of Business.
• NB: Special or Mature Entry admissions shall be in accordance with the General Regulations.
