Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Economics

The Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Economics at Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University covers core economics and supporting quantitative and business modules. In the first year, students take Financial Accounting 1a, Business Ethics, Principles of Microeconomics, Mathematics for Economists 1, Statistics for Economists 1, and Introduction to Computers, plus Communication Skills.

The first year is organised into two semesters. Semester 2 includes Financial Accounting 1b, Business Law, Principles of Management, and Principles of Macroeconomics. Students study these modules as part of the programme structure shown for Year 1.
