The Bachelor of Science Honours in Agribusiness Management at Africa University is an undergraduate degree that covers basic agricultural production, economics, production economics, and the principles of managing an agribusiness. It also includes finance, money markets, marketing issues for agricultural products, policy frameworks, labour and labour markets in agriculture, and investment issues surrounding agriculture.
The programme is delivered as full time study on the Main Campus and has a duration of 4 year(s). It includes practical agriculture, agricultural engineering, agricultural economics, biometry, animal production, crop physiology, agricultural education and extension, research methods, farm management and planning, agricultural marketing, project appraisal and evaluation, econometrics, agricultural policy analysis, money and banking, and attachments (Attachment 1, Attachment II, and Attachment Report). A research project is also included.
