Master of Commerce Degree in Human Capital Management

The Master of Commerce Degree in Human Capital Management at Bindura University of Science Education prepares students for work in human capital management. The programme focuses on human capital management and is delivered through the Faculty of Commerce and the Department of Human Capital Management.

Students complete the programme through block release/Weekend School. Graduates are described as Human Capital Management specialists who can pursue careers as Human Capital Executive, Human Capital Manager, Training Manager, Industrial Relations Specialist, Academic, or Human Capital Consultant. Students who want to pursue academia can continue with doctoral studies in related fields.

To qualify for normal entry into the Master of Commerce Degree in Human Capital Management at Bindura University of Science Education, Prospective students, in addition to satisfying the minimum conditions prescribed under the General regulations must:

• Have a good first degree or equivalent with a pass level of 2.2 or better in Human Resources Management, Employment Relations, Psychology, Sociology or any other relevant qualification.
