The Master of Science Degree in Marketing (MSc Mkt) is designed to equip managers with marketing management skills beyond those attained at the first-degree level. Students study strategic marketing, global marketing, research methods, consumer behaviour, brand management, marketing analytics, new venture creation, and commodities marketing. They also follow a specialist pathway with options in digital marketing, green marketing, or sport marketing.
The programme runs over eighteen months. In the first semester, students take six general courses made up of four core and two elective courses, with each course requiring forty-eight contact hours and including a research assignment and presentations. In the second semester, students complete six courses in their chosen specialisation (four core and two electives). In the third semester, students undertake a study and submit a dissertation aligned with their specialisation.
