Introduction

Chemical Engineering Major is a Bachelor program taught at Ambassador University, USA. Intake: Fall. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

The Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Ambassador University is an ABET-accredited program built on fundamentals in biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics. You receive instruction in fluid mechanics, heat and mass transport, thermodynamics, reaction kinetics, and chemical process dynamics and control. The degree focuses on the production and processing of materials in laboratory settings and large-scale industrial facilities, with intensive computer-aided simulation and process modeling.

Instruction includes hands-on laboratory work, including a foundational six-week intensive unit operations laboratory sequence offered in the summer between your first and second years.

During the field session, you work in teams to design, conduct, and present experiments across fluid mechanics, heat transfer, mass transfer, property measurements, reaction kinetics, and bioengineering-related unit operations, with regular meetings and faculty real-time feedback.

The program includes specialty tracks: Process Engineering Track, Biological Engineering Track, and Honors Research Track, with elective options supporting additional track choices.
