The Doctoral Programme in Information Technology at the University of Jyväskylä leads to a doctoral degree by research. It offers Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Science (Economics and Business Administration), or Doctor of Science (Technology) degrees. Students choose one specialisation: Information Systems Science, Computing and Education, Computer Science and Engineering, Computational Science, or Cognitive Science.
