Management of Organisational Development, Master's Programme

This master's programme teaches you to manage organisational development from a multidisciplinary perspective. You study how to analyse, understand and lead company processes and how to apply technological, economic and human knowledge to real-life industrial, business and organisational problems. The programme gives you expertise in industrial engineering and management, with an in-depth understanding of change, leadership, development, well-being and innovation.

The programme is delivered as a 2-year master's degree with contact teaching and 120 ECTS credits. It includes close collaboration with industrial companies and other organisations and networks, so you can apply new knowledge and theories in practice.

As a graduate, you are prepared to understand change at individual, organisational and network levels and to lead change initiatives that bring together people from different backgrounds and fields of expertise.
