HEC Overseas Scholarships 2015 (MS Leading to PhD)

HEC OVERSEAS SCHOLARSHIPS 2015. 

HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION HEC is providing hec overseas scholarships to Pakistani Nationals, AJK nationals in the field of Enginerring and Technology for Masters leading to PhD and Direct PhD degree Programme.

MS Leading to PhD Programes at any university in Germany, Italy Belgium, Hong Kong, Turkey, France, South Korea, France, China, UK, USA and Australia as specified by HEC.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria: HEC overseas scholarships

1. Pakistani/ AJK Nationality.
2. Must have 16 years of education for MS leading to PhD and 18 years education for PhD.
3. For engineering degree applicant must provide registration certificate with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
4. Maximum two second divisions throughout academic career.
5. Those already availing HEC scholarships (other then need based) are not eligible to apply.

Required Documents:

Following documents are required.

1. Attested photocopies of educational testimonials.
2. Attested copies of CNIC and domicile.
3. Purpose of interest in higher studies.
4. Copy of PEC Registration.
5. Copy of GAT/GRE/ILETS/TOEFL
6. Research proposal, abstract
7. In service applicants (Government Employees) need to apply through proper channel.
