Internship Background:
The internship is conducted remotely, with a strong collaboration with the Human Resources Unit in the Administration and Management Services Division. Interns will play a supportive role in human resources management, focusing on the development of the Consultant Roster at the IRENA SharePoint site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing SharePoint Sites:
- Work with ICT to create Consultant Roster SharePoint sites.
- Analyze data, manage permissions, and develop content.
- Data Transfer and Management:
- Move information from the Consultant Database to the Consultant Roster.
- Communicate with other divisions to gather necessary information and documents.
- Ensure data is error-free, backed up, and safely stored.
- Database Maintenance:
- Solve any issues related to data entry.
- Keep the database updated and remove duplicate data.
- SharePoint Site Improvement:
- Propose ideas to make the SharePoint Site more user-friendly.
- Design attractive interfaces and implement requested changes.
- Content Support:
- Assist teams in creating articles, newsletters, or emails.
- Use data from HR events, product launches, and workshops.
- Additional Tasks: Handle any other duties as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
Candidates for the IRENA Human Resources Remote Internship should possess the following:
- Educational Background:
- Completed an undergraduate degree and currently enrolled in a Master’s or doctorate program at a recognized university. Recent graduates are also eligible if the internship start date is within six months of graduation.
- Preferred Fields of Study: Preference is given to candidates studying in the fields of data analytics, Information Technology, or Human Resources.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Communication Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills.
