This program is focused on personal and academic development at Mount Kenya University. It encourages students to take responsibility for their actions, manage their time, and cultivate resilience and adaptability. Students are urged to engage in co-curricular activities, develop good character and values, and build meaningful relationships and networks. The program integrates awareness of technological changes, emphasizing ethical use of AI and digital tools for learning and innovation.
