Bachelor of Business in Information Technology Bbi

The Bachelor of Business in Information Technology (BBI) combines business management and information technology skills. Students learn to design business systems, manage business assets digitally, and implement business responses through digital communication. The program prepares students for roles requiring both sound business decisions and technological alignment. The course spans eight semesters over four years, with at least 300 hours of internship and a senior year project. It includes foundation courses in English, mathematics, science, Arabic, and Islamic studies during the first year. Learning is through coursework, exams, and projects, with options for full-time day, full-time evening, part-time, or sandwich modes.

• Hold a Somaliland GCSE of at least Grade “B”, or its equivalent from a recognized examination body.
• Successfully complete a one-year freshman programme at Amoud University, and attain a GPA of at least 2.00.
• Meet other conditions as spelt out by the Faculty of Computing and Informatics and the department of business information technology, with approval of Senate.
