The MSc in Management (Human Resources & Talent Development) in Malta equips you to study human resources and talent development, with modules covering HR management, talent acquisition, and digital HR tools. You study topics such as effective teamwork and project management, talent development and management, organizational behavior, and organizational culture. You also cover strategic human resource management, global HRM, and employee relations in international organizations.
The program has a duration of 1 year and uses a morning and afternoon schedule. It combines ECTS-based modules in management, HR strategy, diversity and inclusion, and digital HR. A capstone Final Project (20 ECTS) asks you to apply what you learned to examine a specific idea or problem in human resource management.
