Master of Education in Lifelong Learning and Global Change

The Master of Education in Lifelong Learning and Global Change trains professional adult educators in advanced learning-focused theories, research, and specialised topics in lifelong learning. You study modules such as Advanced Theories of Lifelong Learning Management, Trends and Issues in Lifelong Learning, Strategic Management in Lifelong Learning, International Relations and Lifelong Learning, and Gender Studies and Development in Lifelong Learning, alongside Advanced Research Methods and Statistics.

Teaching and learning use blended learning with project portfolios, seminar presentations, field work, action research, tutorials, group tasks, and discussions. Assessment combines continuous assessment and formal examinations in each module, with dissertation assessment based on a final written research report and an oral defense. The programme runs for 1 ½ years and includes a dissertation module.
