Master of Science in Organisational Psychology

The Master of Science in Organisational Psychology at Africa University is a postgraduate programme that analyzes behavior in business settings and trains students to use psychological principles to address organisational challenges. Students develop skills in employee engagement and motivation, leadership and performance management, organizational behavior, psychometrics in organisational psychology, organisational development and change, wellbeing and work, and business psychology. The programme also includes advanced research methods and a dissertation.

Learning is delivered through a mix of teaching methods, including block release during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). Lectures are scheduled during weekends for working students. The programme includes a practical placement and a dissertation, alongside course modules across organisational assessment, people skills, and research aimed at providing solutions to organisational problems.

Applicants must be holders of the following qualifications:

• A BSc Honours in Psychology or its equivalent from Africa University or from any recognised University.
• These students will be eligible for registration as psychologists upon completion and after complying with the requirements for registration as stipulated by the Allied Health Professions Council
