Electrical Engineering Major
Introduction
Electrical Engineering Major is a Bachelor program taught at Ambassador University, USA. Intake: Fall. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
The Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Mines covers traditional electrical engineering fundamentals such as power flow, control, and system modeling, with exposure to AI and machine learning, optimization, and data-driven tools. The major builds technical mastery in circuits, signals, and electromagnetics through laboratory and design work.
Learning is organized around core mathematics, physics, and chemistry, followed by engineering design coursework and systems-oriented courses in the first part of the program. The final part includes an advanced core in circuit analysis, electronics, electromagnetic fields and waves, and digital systems, plus technical electives in Power and Energy Systems, Information Systems and Sciences, Antennas and Wireless Communications, or Integrated Circuits and Electronics. Students also work in the Electronics Discovery Center and complete a year-long Senior Capstone Design project with interdisciplinary teams.
