The Food Industry Management program at Niagara University is an undergraduate B.S. degree (Holzschuh College of Business Administration) that prepares students for food production, marketing, distribution, safety, and innovation. Students study business fundamentals and food-specific areas including food chemistry, supply chain management, and food service and retail segments, plus a nutrition course. Sustainability is integrated throughout the program.

The curriculum includes experiential learning with visits to local food manufacturers and use of a fully equipped, commercial-style Statler Teaching Kitchen. Students can choose one of two specialty areas: a Manufacturing Track focused on procurement, operations management, and inventory control, or a Hospitality Track focused on food service operations, cost control, menu development, and facility design. The program also includes a case competition experience and small, interactive classes.

The minimum requirements for admission in Food Industry Management at Niagara University for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:
