Bachelor of Business Administration, Entrepreneurship and Team Leadership

TAMK Proakatemia is a Bachelor of Business Administration programme in Entrepreneurship and Team Leadership. It focuses on global team entrepreneurship, leadership, project management, communication, systems thinking, digital business skills, and the development of business ideas and models.

Studying takes place in a team enterprise with other student entrepreneurs. Students establish real enterprises and learn teamwork, management, and other entrepreneurial skills by combining theory and practice. Coaching guides the work and learning goals. The programme also uses a personal learning contract and a study plan of professional literature, seminars, webinars, and other resources.

The curriculum covers leadership and management, sales and marketing, financial management, teamwork, and the creation of new services, products, and business models. TAMK says graduates gain skills for building their own business as entrepreneurs or taking on a demanding specialist role in an existing organisation.
