Bachelor of Culture and Arts, Media and Arts

The degree programme covers outdoor and adventure education. Students learn to plan and carry out safe, adventurous educational processes for different target groups and to evaluate and develop adventure education activities.

Students study preventive work, promotion of well-being, and different forms of action within communities and society. The programme also gives pedagogical, social, technical, environmental and safety skills, and prepares students for entrepreneurship.

Turku University of Applied Sciences describes the programme as full-time day studies delivered through contact teaching, online studies, individual assignments, group activities, working life-based assignments, projects and internships. Students can complete parts of their studies in international exchange.
