Consrtuction Information Technology Engineer MSc

The Construction Information Technology Engineer MSc at Budapest University of Technology and Economics trains students to understand and develop construction workflows and the digital technologies and processes that support them. The program includes advanced programming, database systems, and Building Information Modelling (BIM) basics, with projectwork in teamwork using IT tools.

Across three semesters, students build programming, database, and BIM skills. In the third semester, the main task is to master soft skills needed in industry, such as reasoning and negotiation techniques, alongside the thesis. The curriculum includes fundamental sciences, construction information technology engineering sciences, economic sciences, management and human sciences, plus a complex construction IT project and a master thesis.
