Diploma in Business Technology

The IIT Foundation Certificate in Higher Education – Business Technology is designed to build a foundation in both technology and business. It covers areas including Business Information Systems, Agile Project Management, Database Technologies, Business Process Intelligence, Database Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Business Computing, and Business Data Analytics. Students learn how technology supports business operations, helps them make informed decisions using digital tools, and enables them to tackle practical business challenges.

Students build core skills in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, along with academic skills such as referencing, critical thinking, and time management. The programme includes hands-on experience with digital tools for communication, data management, and collaborative projects. It also prepares students to apply programming, logical reasoning, and technology-based solutions to real-world business problems for further study and future workplace demands.

At least six passes in the Local GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) exam, or five passes in the London O/L exam, or an equivalent qualification, with at least three credit passes. Credit passes in both English and Mathematics are mandatory.
