Master in Life Sciences Pharmatechnologie

The Master in Life Sciences – Pharmatechnologie at University of Applied Sciences Aargau trains you to develop and produce medicines, with a focus on continuous pharmaceutical production and the formulation of biologics. You study how to formulate and administer medicines, how to formulate biologics, and how to plan and execute pharmaceutical production facilities. You can also choose elective modules in areas such as analytical chemistry, applied cell biology, biotechnology, and bioanalytics.

Teaching is offered in full-time and part-time/working-accompanied modes. The learning setting includes in-person and remote formats. Practical experience is supported through modern laboratories and production facilities. The degree includes a master’s thesis with eight months in industry or research. An international option is available through a Double Degree with partner universities, or by completing the master’s thesis abroad.
