Bachelor of Science in Accounting Finance

The Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance at Ndejje University equips students with knowledge and practical skills in financial management, accounting, and investment analysis. Students study areas such as financial management, budgeting, auditing, financial reporting, and investment and financial management practices, supported by modules including Fundamentals of Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing Assurance Theory / Fundamentals of Auditing, and Advanced Accounting & Financial Reporting.

The course is delivered in a structured year-by-year format across semesters, with modules such as Analytics of Finance, Econometrics & Analytics of Finance, Computerized Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Company Law, and Strategic Management. It is offered on a Day/Weekend study mode with a duration of 3 years, and intake is January/August.

• Direct Entry: Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes
• Direct Entry: Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with at least 2 principal passes, including a pass in Mathematics.
• Diploma Entry: A relevant diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Mature Age Entry: Candidates must have passed a recognized Mature Age Entry Examination and be at least 25 years old.
• International Applicants: Qualifications equivalent to Uganda Advanced Level, with certified academic documents and proof of English proficiency where applicable.
