Eligibility Criteria:

- Residency in France: Foreign nationals living in France for less than a year without prior certification are eligible.
- Non-Certifying Programs: Candidates participating in non-certifying programs or language courses in France are eligible.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- Students with prior enrollment in French higher education (except in French institutions abroad) are not eligible.
- Those who have taken a break from their studies for more than three years are not eligible.
