The Master of Science Education in Physics (MScEdPh) uses a block release format and is offered by Bindura University of Science Education through the Faculty of Science Education. It brings together academic support from the Department of Curriculum and Educational Management Studies, the Department of Educational Foundations, the Department of Educational Technology, and the Department of Science and Mathematics Education. The programme structure includes Postgraduate Studies by Research.
The MScEdPh Block Release is completed in 1 ½ years. The programme is connected to teacher development through the Teacher Capacity Development Programme for enrolled candidates. It is designed for students who hold a Bachelor of Science Education qualification with physics study or an equivalent pathway that includes physics as a major and an education-related qualification.
