Innovation-Driven Business Growth, Master of Business Administration

Innovation-Driven Business Growth is a Master of Business Administration degree at Xamk in Kouvola. It focuses on research, development and innovation activities, strategic organisational renewal, innovation processes, business model development, knowledge management and strategic leadership.

The programme is organised fully online and is designed to be completed alongside full-time work. Teaching uses scheduled online sessions, independent study, guided online learning, reflective discussions, practice-oriented development assignments, virtual classrooms, international guest lectures, co-creation workshops and authentic RDI contexts in students' own organisations or Xamk's research and development environments. The thesis is a 30 ECTS practice-oriented RDI development project, usually carried out in the student's own organisation.

Xamk says the programme is designed for professionals already working in development, project, expert or leadership roles who want to study for a master's degree while continuing their careers.
