Master of Business Administration, Educational Leadership

Master of Business Administration, Educational Leadership is a professional higher education degree at Tampere University of Applied Sciences. It focuses on international educational leadership, leadership and management in education, and the skills needed to lead people and business in international education.

The programme is organised mainly online. It includes three mandatory intensive weeks in Finland and online work in groups and individually. The planned study time is 1.5 years, with blended learning up to 2.5 years.

Tampere University of Applied Sciences says the degree prepares graduates for roles in complex public or private educational institutions, HR management, governmental positions or NGOs. It also gives a qualification for a public appointment where a Master's degree is required.

As an applicant, you must have a feasible plan for a Master's thesis proposal submitted at the time of application. The thesis is written in English.
