Xamk’s Master of Business Administration in International Business Management focuses on international business, international strategic management and company growth. The programme aims to strengthen professional competence for demanding development, management and expert roles.

Studies use action learning and interdisciplinary teamwork between students, teachers and companies. The programme includes lectures, expert and guest lectures, project work, teamwork, independent study and virtual learning methods. Xamk also offers exchange studies with partner institutions.

The thesis develops your own work or work community, and you can complete it in Xamk’s RDI projects or by commission of programme partners.
