The Master of Business Administration in Sales Management at Turku University of Applied Sciences develops the competences needed for management positions in a global business environment. It covers sales management and leadership, customer behaviour in B2B markets, sales growth strategies, negotiation, and communication in international teams and customer situations.
The programme is 90 ECTS credits and is organised as part-time study over two years. Turku University of Applied Sciences uses a blended learning approach with lectures, seminars, e-learning, teamwork, independent work, and some optional studies delivered fully online. There are on average two days of contact sessions per month, and teaching may take place in the daytime, evenings, and weekends. The studies include advanced professional studies, optional studies, and thesis work.
Turku University of Applied Sciences says the programme is targeted at people with several years of work experience in sales or as sales team leaders who want to further develop sales management and leadership skills.
