Master of Business Administration, Service Design

Novia University of Applied Sciences describes this Master of Business Administration programme as a course in Service Design that combines design thinking, business and society. Students study service design, research and development, leadership and financial studies, elective studies, and a master’s thesis. The programme focuses on designing, developing and implementing services in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.

The programme is offered as full-time studies over 1.5 years or part-time studies over 2 years. Teaching is in English. There are on average two to four contact days per month, usually on Fridays and Saturdays, and students work mainly online. Teamwork-based learning and individual assignments both play an important role.

Novia University of Applied Sciences says the studies are strongly oriented towards working life. Projects can be connected to the student’s existing work tasks, and students also gain insight into starting or developing their own business.
