The Master’s Degree Programme in Food Development gives you in-depth knowledge of the composition, nutritional quality, sensory properties and health effects of food. It covers molecular food sciences and the influence of environment, genetic factors and processing at molecular level. The University of Turku says the programme is designed to prepare students for global challenges linked to lifestyle related diseases, malnutrition, food insecurity and climate change.
