Aalto University’s Autonomous Systems - ICT Innovation is a two-year Master of Science (Technology) in information and communication technologies. It covers autonomous systems, robotics, artificial intelligence or machine learning, modelling, estimation and control, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses. The page says the second-year specialisation at Aalto University is Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, with elective courses in autonomous mobile robots, micro- and nano robotics, computer vision, robotic vision, and machine learning.

The programme is a double degree. Students study at two universities in two different countries. Aalto University offers the programme as both entry-year and exit-year studies. The first year includes foundation courses. The second year includes a specialisation option. The overall programme has 120 ECTS credits: a 60 ECTS major, a 30 ECTS Innovation and Entrepreneurship minor, and a 30 ECTS master’s thesis.

Aalto University says the programme qualifies for doctoral studies in an applicable field. It also says the master’s thesis project can involve industry partners or the active startup community around the Helsinki node of EIT Digital.
