This master’s degree covers design thinking, service design, strategic management and futures thinking. Laurea University of Applied Sciences describes the programme as for service, design, business and strategy professionals who want to lead service innovation and customer experience development.
The programme is 90 ECTS credits and uses blended learning at Leppävaara Campus in Espoo. It combines monthly face-to-face days with online study, and follows Laurea’s Learning by Developing model. Students work on service design, ethnographic research and business design in their own organisation, and the master’s thesis is a research-based development project, typically in the student’s workplace.
The degree is a Master of Business Administration.
